CHICAGO SOUNDINGS CONCERT
A free spring Chicago Soundings concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 23 in our church. The music reflects ideas about music today and its connection to society. George Flynn on piano and clarinet will join with soprano Leila Bowie and clarinetist Cory Tiffan as well as James Baur on guitar and Christopher Jones as the percussionist. A string quartet piece by Tom Sullivan will also be performed from folk tunes from the Old Town School of Music’s Songbook. This promises to be a night to remember. Come, enjoy the music and meet the musicians.
