OUR LORD OF ESQUIPULAS
The Guatemalan community of our parish would like to extend a cordial invitation to all to join in the celebration of Our Lord of Esquipulas, a celebration of the Lord’s miracles in eastern Guatemala. The celebration will begin with the 12:30 p.m. Mass in Spanish on Sunday, January 15. Join us after Mass when the celebration continues in the church basement with music and free food. La comunidad guatemalteca de nuestra parroquia les hace una cordial invitación a la celebración de Nuestro Señor de Esquipulas, una celebración de los milagros de nuestro Señor en el este de Guatemala. La celebración se llevará acabo el domingo, 15 de enero. Se iniciará a las 12:30 p.m. con la sagrada misa en español, y después bajaremos al sótano de la iglesia a seguir celebrando. Habrá música y comida gratis en la fiesta. Si gusta ayudar, llame a la oficina parroquial al 773-539-7510.

MEN’S CLUB DINNER ON JANUARY 28
It is that time of year for our Annual Men’s Club Appreciation Dinner, which will be at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 28 in the Lower Voss Center, 4412 N. Western. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be followed by a buffet dinner.
The Men’s Club dinner is an appreciation dinner for all of those who support the parish. We’re doing this to thank people, not to raise money (if you can believe it). The annual dinner is just a time to eat and drink together in appreciation for everything we do together as a community in support of our parish and school. The only cost here is the annual Men’s Club membership: $20, with which you get in the door with your wife or significant other for dinner and fun.
