As part of their apostleship of prayer, the Archdiocesan Council of Catholic Women pray for specific priests on a given day each year. Let us join with them to pray for Fr. Jim Kaczorowski on Tuesday, February 23 and for Fr. John Griffiths on Thursday, February 25.
In this Year of the Priest, let us continue to hold them in our thoughts and prayers, thanking God for all the good they do in leading us closer to Christ in their work at our parish.
A Prayer for Our Priests As the Church celebrates the Year of the Priest through June 19, 2010, let us pause during the week to give thanks and remember Fr. Jim Kaczorowski and Fr. John Griffiths for all they do to make God alive at Queen of Angels Parish. Almighty God, in your love You bless your Church with priests, A sign of your faithfulness to your people. May our prayerful encouragement, During this year and years to come, Help them remain faithful to the calling They have received from you. As they tend your flock, grant them a caring heart. In them may we know the voice of Christ, Our Good Shepherd, who lives and reigns With you and the Holy Spirit, One God forever and ever. Amen. |

Como parte de su apostolado de oración, el Consejo Arquidiocesano de Mujeres Católicas rezan por sacerdotes específicos un día determinado cada año. Unámonos a ellas y recemos por el Padre Jim Kaczorowski el martes 23 de Febrero y por el Padre John Griffiths el jueves 25 de Febrero.
En este Año del Sacerdote, sigamos manteniéndolos a ellos en nuestros pensamientos y oraciones, dando gracias a Dios por todo el bien que hacen, al llevarnos más cerca a Cristo con su trabajo en nuestra parroquia.
Una Oración por Nuestros Sacerdotes Al celebrar la Iglesia el Año del Sacerdote hasta Junio 19, 2010, hagamos una pausa durante la semana para dar gracias y recordar al Padre Jim Kaczorowski y al Padre John Griffiths por todo lo que hacen para hacer que Dios viva en la Iglesia Reina de los Ángeles. Dios Todopoderoso, en tu amor Tu bendices tu Iglesia con sacerdotes, Un signo de tu fe a tu gente.
