An opportunity to write a few words of encouragement to Father Bill O’Brien will be made available after all Masses this weekend (June 18 and 19) and next (June 25 and 26). Tables have been set up on either side of the main stairway into church. A number of small notebooks will be on the table with pens to allow the parish community to share words of encouragement to Father Bill. Let him know you as an individual and Queen of Angels as a community are thinking of him.
If writing a few words isn’t enough, write your own letter of encouragement to him and give it to someone at the table. They will see it gets to the Parish Center and ultimately, to Father Bill. Send your cards and letters to the Parish Center, 4412 N. Western Ave., Chicago, IL 60625.
