Dios grandioso y eterno,
Tú has revelado tu gloria a todas las naciones.

Y que esa luz brille sobre todos los procesos y leyes
Enmarcado por nuestro reglamento y gobierno.
Permite que el Congreso luche por preservar la paz, promover la felicidad nacional
Y que continúe brindándonos las bendiciones de libertad e igualdad.
Oramos por el Gobernador de este Estado y por el Alcalde de esta Ciudad.
Por todos los miembros de sus cuerpos legislativos.
Por todos los jueces, oficiales civiles y todos los demás
Que se encargan de velar por nuestro bienestar político.
Concédele tu poderosa protección,
Para realizar sus deberes con honestidad y aptitud.
Más profundamente, encomendamos a tu infinita misericordia
A todos los ciudadanos de Estados Unidos y demás habitantes de esta tierra,
Que seamos bendecidos en conocimiento y santificados
En la realización de tus santas leyes.
Que nos preserves en la unión y la paz que no se consiguen en este mundo.

NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE WITH GOD
On this Independence Day, we offer this Prayer for our Nation
Almighty and eternal God,
You have revealed your glory to all nations.
God of power and might, wisdom and justice,
Through you authority is administered,
Laws are enacted and judgment is decreed.
Assist with your spirit of counsel and fortitude
The President of the United States,
That his administration may be conducted in righteousness
And be eminently useful to your people over whom he presides.
May he encourage due respect for virtue and religion.
May he execute laws with justice and mercy.
May he seek to restrain crime, vice and immorality.
Let the light of your divine wisdom direct the deliberations of Congress
And shine forth in all their proceedings and laws
Framed for our rule and government.
May Congress seek to preserve peace, promote national happiness
And continue to bring us the blessings of liberty and equality.
We pray for the Governor of this State and the Mayor of our City.
For the members of their particular legislative bodies.
For all judges, elected civil officials and all others
Who are entrusted to guard our political warfare.
May they be enabled, by your powerful protection,
To discharge their duties with honesty and ability.
Most profoundly, we commend to your unbounded mercy
All citizens of these United States and others dwelling in this land,
That we may be blessed in the knowledge and sanctified
In the observance of your holy laws.
May we be preserved in union and that peace which the world cannot give.
And after enjoying the blessings of this life, may we be admitted
To the blessings which are eternal. Amen.
